Custom Serializer + Resolving conflict between Handlers

SwiftyJSon added for Custom Serializers
The order between Handler is not anymore important : in conflict, it
choose the one that is not « / » if still conflict, it choose the one
that better match the regex
I change also names in HttpResponseBody Uppercase cases in enum are in
Java :P
